On 13 March 2017, the Charity Commission launched a consultation into “the use and promotion of complementary and alternative medicine: making decisions about charitable status.” They received over 300 submissions, including a joint submission from Sense about Science and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society.
The Commission will announce the outcome of the public consultation soon.
