Maddox prize nomination deadline extended

Thank to everyone who has supported the Maddox Prize so far, especially those who have put in a nomination or helped us get the message out.

We are aware that nominations opened just as the Covid-19 crisis escalated. As a result, international publicity has been quite uneven and while we’ve seen some brilliant nominations come in already, we do think that it’s likely that the impact from Covid-19 on the science community has made it harder for people to find the time to complete their nominations. We are therefore extending the nomination period for two more weeks to 26 May from the original deadline of 11 May.
